3 George’s Grading was founded in 2020 by Cayden Breden, but the experience behind the company began much earlier. Cayden grew up around grading, excavation, and earth moving, learning alongside his grandfather and brother and developing a strong understanding of equipment, soil, drainage, and jobsite responsibility.

What began as a childhood passion became a business focused on an important need: property owners deserved a grading contractor who would answer the phone, communicate clearly, respect the land, and complete the work with care.

Today, the company serves residential and commercial customers across Taylorsville, the Unifour region, and surrounding western North Carolina communities.
