3 George’s Grading LLC is owned and operated by 3rd Generation grading man Cayden Breden. Since the early age of 4 years old (while most kids of his generation were holding a video game controller) Cayden has been at the controls of CAT heavy equipment such as skid steers, large excavators, track loaders & dump trucks.
Over the past 14 years, Cayden has been meticulously trained in all aspects of the grading business by his Grandfather Micheal Smith of Idaho Enterprises, a local grading legend with more than 30+ years experience, and his older brother Kyler Siemer of Siemer Grading while logging thousands of hours of real world work experience on the job site.
While each maintains a separate business, and ironically no one is actually named George, all three have been working together since 2010 with each clients complete satisfaction as their #1 priority.
Having the all the right grading equipment and thousands of hours of real world experience on every machine is what sets 3 George’s Grading apart and allows us to get the job done right . . . in the least amount of time. Our heavy grading equipment includes: Large Excavators, Mini Excavators, Skid Steer Track Loaders, Dump Trucks, and all the right attachments for each machine.
